A festive Valentine's Day trifle featuring layers of brownies, a creamy filling, fresh strawberries, and chocolate pudding, topped with whipped cream and chocolate-dipped strawberries.
1. Bake a box of brownies according to directions, let cool, and cut into bite-size pieces. Place half on the bottom of the dish.
2. Whip together 1 pint heavy cream, 4oz cream cheese, and 1/4 cup sugar. Blend until thickened. Spread half over the brownie layer.
3. Cut strawberries into hearts, place on the outer edge of the dish, and then fill in with normal strawberry slices. (Use 1 pound of strawberries per layer, 2 pounds total.)
4. Prepare 2 small boxes of chocolate pudding according to directions, and spread half over the strawberry layer.
5. Repeat all the layers once again, and then top with whipped cream (from the remaining mixture) and chocolate-dipped strawberries!
