1. Add cream cheese, shredded cheddar, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper into a bowl. Use a mixer to combine all ingredients until well blended.
2. Spoon the mixture into plastic wrap, mold it into a ball shape, and refrigerate for at least one hour.
3. Spread chopped pecans onto a plate. Roll the chilled cheeseball on the pecans until it is completely covered.
4. To create the turkey decoration, add a beef jerky stick for the neck. Use candy eyes and candy corn for the nose (hot glue can be used to secure them). Arrange pretzel sticks around the back to resemble feathers.
