Shrunken Apple Heads

Start by peeling, halving, and coring your apples. Carve faces into them. Dip them in a mixture of lemon juice and salt. Bake them for 90 minutes on 200 degrees. For our Halloween party last year, we stuck them in the freezer overnight to keep the cider chilled. When ready to serve your cider, just pop the heads in!
