Pie Crust Leaf Cookies w/ Cinnamon-Sugar Dip! 🍂✨ Ingredients: - 1 unbaked pie crust - 1 egg - 1 tablespoon milk - 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar Dip Ingredients: - 8 oz cream cheese - 1 cup powdered sugar - 1 teaspoon cinnamon Directions: 1. On a lightly floured surface, roll out crust dough. Using leaf-shaped cookie cutters, cut out shapes, and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. (I got my cutters at hobby lobby) 2. Whisk together egg and water. Brush on top of dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. 4. While baking, make your dip by combining ingredients, and beating until smooth. 5. Serve pie crust cookies with the cinnamon dip!
