Peanut Butter Banana Pudding!🍌🥜 I’ve recently become obsessed with banana pudding, and this peanut butter version is incredible!!!👩🏼🍳💋 Used the recipe from the “delish” website!
1. In a large bowl combine milk, vanilla, pudding mix, and sweetened condensed milk. Mix together until smooth. Let sit in the fridge for 5 minutes or until set.
2. In a different large bowl, add heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Beat for 2-3 minutes. Set aside 1/3 for topping at the end. Fold remaining whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
3. Assemble the trifle! Spread 1/3 of the pudding mixture into the bottom.
4. Add half of the cookies for the next layer.
5. Add half of the banana slices.
6. Drizzle 1 cup of melted peanut butter over the banana slice layer.
7. Repeat steps with pudding layer, cookie layer, banana layer, and then add the remaining whipped cream.
8. Top with a drizzle of melted peanut butter and leftover banana slices and Nutter Butters for garnish!
9. Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving!
