1. Line an 8 x 10 dish with plastic wrap.
2. Put one layer of Nutty Bars in the bottom.
3. Add a layer of half the ice cream.
4. Drizzle over half of the hot fudge, and melty peanut butter.
5. Add half of the peanut butter and chocolate chips.
6. Add another layer of Nutty bars.
7. Add second half of ice cream for the last layer.
8. Top with the remaining peanut butter and chocolate chips.
9. Cover and freeze for a few hours until firm.
10. When ready to serve, drizzle over hot fudge!
