An adorably delicious frozen treat for a hot day! These mini ice cream cakes are made with an Oreo base, vanilla ice cream, chocolate shell, and sprinkles, perfect for a summer dessert.
1. Add muffin liners into a muffin pan.
2. Crush the Oreos using a food processor. Add a large spoonful to the bottom of each cup.
3. Add slightly melted ice cream on top of each Oreo base.
4. Drizzle over chocolate shell topping and quickly add sprinkles.
5. Freeze 4+ hours or overnight!
