The perfect easy breakfast for winter break! You can even make a big batch and freeze some for grab and go breakfasts! These muffins taste spot on to McGriddles and are so good with only a few ingredients.
1. Brown and crumble sausage. Set aside.
2. Mix together pancake mix and water. Add syrup, cheese, and sausage. Stir to combine.
3. Spoon into a greased muffin tin (About 2/3 full).
4. Bake for 12 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
