Loaded Pulled Pork Baked Potatoes!

1. Bake your potatoes: Wash and dry, stab a few holes in each potato, drizzle with olive oil and salt, wrap in foil. Bake for an hour at 400 degrees.
2. Slice baked potatoes in half and open. Add a pat of butter, salt, and smash.
3. Spoon bbq pulled pork onto each potato. (The creator uses the microwave Jack Daniel’s one!)
4. Add toppings like cheddar cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, and green onion!
