1. Pop popcorn, and add to a large bowl. (Try to not get any loose kernels!)
2. Add Lucky Charms to bowl with popcorn.
3. Heat butter on low. Add mini marshmallows. Stir until melted.
4. Pour over the popcorn/cereal mixture and fold to mix.
5. Pour onto a wax paper lined baking sheet.
6. Immediately top with M&Ms, sprinkles, and a few more of the leprechaun hats + rainbow marshmallows from the Lucky Charms!
