Obtain a red velvet bundt cake. Add red and blue icing to decorate the cake, then fill the hollow middle of the bundt cake with M&Ms. To make the firework sticks, lay out wax paper. Melt white chocolate, then drizzle it onto the wax paper in the shape of fireworks. Add sprinkles immediately before the chocolate hardens. Once hardened, place the white chocolate fireworks onto the cake.
