Easter Appetizer! Cream Cheese & Herb Stuffed Mini Peppers!

1. Slice peppers lengthwise, and how they naturally lay on a board. (Remove seeds + stems)
2. Add filling ingredients to bowl, and blend until smooth.
3. Spoon mixture into peppers.
4. Insert dill fronds into tops of peppers to look like a carrot!
