1. Slice hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
2. Toss yolks into a bowl.
3. Add mayo, mustard, pickle juice, and salt to the bowl. Mix well until smooth.
4. Spoon into egg, spreading over the full egg, leaving a little white border.
5. Top with bacon bits. Arrange these in the shape of a football.
6. Use mayo to draw on the laces. I used a medicine syringe.
