1. Mix together cream cheese and ranch seasoning. Spread onto crackers.
2. Slice tomatoes in half, and place the inside down onto the cream cheese.
3. Cut little bits of the yellow pepper and add to the top of the ornament.
4. Garnish with fresh dill.
