1. In a bowl whisk together heavy whipping cream, whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla.
2. Pour into the Ninja Creami freezer container, close lid, and freeze for 24 hours.
3. Insert into the outer bowl of the Ninja Creami, secure, and then hit the ice cream button.
4. Once it’s done, dig a hole in the middle of the ice cream. Add crushed cookies.
5. Insert back into the Ninja Creami, and hit mix-in!
6. Top with remaining crushed cookies and enjoy!
