Christmas Tree Cheeseball!

1. Mix first ingredients (cream cheese, shredded cheddar, rotel, bacon, green onion, salt, pepper) together in a large bowl until combined. Mold the mixture into a tree shape.
2. Cover the molded cheeseball with chopped cilantro.
3. Cut a star from the yellow bell pepper. Stick it on a toothpick, and insert it into the top of the tree.
4. Use pine nuts as garland for the tree, and cut small ornaments from the red bell pepper.
