Christmas Cookie Cheesecake!🎄✨No-Bake! The pilsbury tree cookies make the most delicious crust, topped with the sweet and creamy cheesecake layer! Perfect to enjoy at home or bring to any holiday party!
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9” springform pan.
2. Place the cookies in the bottom of the pan. (You can cut some in half or quarters to fill up all the space.)
3. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool.
4. Whip heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla to make the whipped cream and set aside.
5. In a large bowl, add cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Add in confectioners sugar, sugar, sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
6. Fold in the whipped cream and then pour onto cookie layer. Smooth out the top with a spatula.
7. Chill for at least 3 hours. Decorating the top with cookies and sprinkles! (I added a few dabs of cream cheese frosting to get the toppings to stick well.)
