Bunny Cheeseball

Add cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, ranch seasoning, and sour cream together in a large bowl and quickly blend until combined. Use 3/4 of the cheese mixture to make the body and 1/4 for the head; save a tiny bit for the tail. Mold the mixture onto a board into the correct bunny shapes. Cut ears from a brick of hard, white cheese and insert them into the head. Finely chop additional shredded mozzarella and cover the whole bunny for white fur. Add whole peppercorns for eyes. Serve with crackers. Optionally, add some fresh parsley and carrots for decoration.
