1. Beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Pour in cream, vanilla, and beat until creamy.
2. Combine lemon syrup ingredients (water, sugar, lemon juice) and stir.
3. Add 1/3 of Angel food cake chunks to the bottom of a trifle dish, brush with syrup, add 1/3 of cream, and top with 1/2 of strawberries.
4. Repeat above steps, swapping out the blueberries for the strawberries.
5. Use the last 1/3 of frosting to cover the top, and then decorate with remaining berries! Serve chilled!
