Animal-Style Burger Bowls

1. Mix meat with Worcestershire and seasonings. Press into sprayed muffin tin cups. The meat shrinks, so make sure it goes high enough on the sides.
2. Place a couple slices of cheese on each one.
3. Cook in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or until juices run clear.
4. While burgers are in the oven, make the sauce.
5. Sauté diced onions with butter and a pinch of sugar until browned and soft.
6. Add to a bowl with mayo, ketchup, pickles, salt, and pepper. Mix.
7. Remove cooked burger bowls from the muffin tin and set on paper towels to absorb any extra grease.
8. Place on a slice of lettuce.
9. Add grilled onions over the melted cheese.
10. Top with tomato if desired.
11. Pour over sauce and enjoy!
